| The
Junior Showmanship activities play an important role in
the Finnish Ayrshire breeders society's work. Being a dairy farmer means endless amount of work to most of us. However, one of the sunny sides of it is the possibility to give our children the best available surroundings for their childhood. The Junior Showmanship activities as well as everyday life on a dairy farm teach our children the natural respect of living creatures. Children learn to have their own responsibilities. On the dairy farm there is always plenty of sources of inspiration. A child with a calf is a combination nobody can pass without being touched. At a same time it is a message of the right values of life, and high standard, ethical domestic dairy production. As adults the Junior Handlers are proud of their farming background, and they have adapted the positive attitude to their responsibilities and to the life in general. WELCOME TO THE JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP ACTIVITIES!
